CIRQLAR refinery waste-heat recovery

The EU Innovation Fund project at Repsol's A Coruña refinery is developing a heat-pump system that recovers low-temperature waste heat and upgrades it to steam. The public project page confirms the Spanish site and intended integration but does not yet provide sustained operating performance.
